EY Award Honors Germany’s Outstanding Entrepreneurs
Now in its 28th year, the “Entrepreneur of the Year” awards by EY celebrate innovative, owner-led entrepreneurs who demonstrate vision, knowledge, and passion, along with the courage, creativity, and resilience to navigate uncertain times.
Henrik Ahlers, CEO of EY, stated, “These award-winning entrepreneurs not only make a vital contribution to making Germany and the world healthier, more efficient, cleaner, safer, and better. They also show how diverse and sustainable companies in this country can be, despite the numerous bureaucratic, geopolitical, and environmental challenges entrepreneurs currently face.
This year’s winners act decisively where others hesitate, setting new standards of professionalism, innovation, and value creation together with their employees each day.”
Independent Jury of Experts Selected the Winners
An independent jury of recognized experts selected the winners from a pool of 20 medium-sized, owner-led companies.
The four key criteria were: “Entrepreneurship,” representing business mindset and action, “Purpose,” reflecting the company’s mission and vision, “Growth,” signifying growth and future potential, and “Impact,” which includes positive influence and corporate responsibility.
